Hi, I’m Leigha Balchus.
I am a Professional Life Coach in training at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, pursuing a PCC & CPLC certification through PCCI and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I believe there is greatness in each of us. I’m passionate about helping women transform from where they are to where they want to be through identity and mindset work, changing of habits, goal setting and establishing vision, mission and purpose, so they can be all God created them to be.
Each day, I have the privilege of spending time coaching amazing women who are reaching goals and fulfilling a compelling vision for their lives.

My Story…
A few years back, I was seeking God for my purpose and life calling when I came across the quote below and something stirred inside me like I hadn’t felt in a very long time. Tears filled my eyes as I suddenly realized I had lost myself in the trials of life and my light inside had been dimmed, maybe even covered up completely. Who was the woman looking back at me in the mirror? I no longer recognized her at all, and I knew something had to change! So, I began a journey of self-identity and discovery with the Lord, seeking to find my light once again and let it shine…and it led me here.
